Our sessions are designed with specific goals in mind, but experiences vary from person to person—no two brains are the same! Most people report deep relaxation, mental stillness, and vivid visual imagery, while others may not. Your experience will also depend on your focus (e.g. relaxation, sleep, creativity) and the light intensity best suited to your unique needs.

It depends on your needs. We recommend once or twice a week, with your tailored programs typically lasting 4-6 weeks. After that, a short break helps prevent tolerance, ensuring you continue to get the full benefits and vivid experiences.
