Before exploring other experiences, a one-time introductory session is required—for most, it’s all you’ll need to get started.
This session helps you get comfortable with the experience, from the sensation of light on your eyelids to finding the right intensity for you.
It lasts about 30 minutes:
We’ll discuss your goals, and what you’re looking to achieve.
You’ll test a few 4-minute sessions at different intensities to find your ideal settings.
A final 10-15 minute session lets you fully relax and get a taste of whats to come.It’s all about building a strong foundation for your journey!

Now that we’ve mapped out your treatment plan, it’s time to get under the lamp for your tailored experience.
You'll spend 20-30 minutes under the light, depending on your programme. This is where you'll start to feel the deep relaxation and neural benefits—whether it's mental clarity, a mood boost, or a profound sense of calm.
For the best long-term results, we recommend 1-2 sessions per week for 4-6 weeks followed by a 1-2 week rest, adjusting as needed to fine-tune your journey.
Once you've completed the beginner experience, you’ll also have the option to book a one off intermediate session.

Go Deeper
Once you've had a few intermediate experiences and are comfortable with how the light affects you, you may want to explore longer, more immersive sessions.
As you ease into the practice, you can extend your time to an hour or more—unlocking a truly transformative experience. These deeper sessions allow you to fully unwind, drift into profound relaxation, and explore where your mind takes you.
Since these journeys can be intense, we recommend scheduling them on days when you can fully embrace the experience without rushing back into daily life.
